It all started with a bet: When Sam Tompkins was challenged on his 16th birthday to perform as a musician on the streets of Brighton, he soon found himself doing exactly that – and more and more often. A dream was born to leave the open street behind and play actual shows.

"I want everyone in this room, no matter how small or large, to be captivated. I truly believe I deserve that reaction. I love playing music. Through and through. If that were to disappear from my life for any reason, I wouldn’t see any purpose in it. This is my thing. It’s my drive," Tompkins stated.
